Using the service
North Shield Safety Compliance provides a web-based safety compliance platform. By using it, you agree to use it for its intended purpose — managing your own company's safety documentation — and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without written permission.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown on the Pricing page. You can cancel any time; cancellations stop future billing but don't refund unused portions of the current period.
Your data
Your safety records belong to you. We store them on your behalf and export them to you on request (see our Privacy Policy). We do not use your data to train models or sell insights to third parties.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided "as is" — we're not liable for consequential damages arising from downtime, data loss outside our reasonable control, or failure of underlying service providers. Compliance disclaimer
The platform is a tool to help you document and track your safety program. It does not replace the judgment of qualified safety professionals. You are responsible for meeting your own regulatory and COR certification obligations.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
